A 24-hour gaming marathon is an event where participants play video games continuously for 24 hours, often for fun, community building, or charity fundraising.

Bring anything you need for 24-hours of gaming. Here are some ideas:

– Gaming console and TV
– Computer
– 25ft+ Ethernet cable (Will be available for purchase at the event)
– Board or Table Top Games
– Trading Card Games
– Headset
– Snacks
– Water
– Sleeping bag & pillow if you will require some rest

This is a family-friendly event. There is a zero-tolerance policy towards alcohol, drugs, weapons & violence. No nudity or pornographic content will be allowed. Those who don’t respect the rules will be asked to leave without refund. 

Your space is to be kept clean and tidy. Please don’t leave cables dragging on the floor to avoid tripping hazards. 

We ask everyone to respect eachother and enjoy the event!

All proceeds go to a community charity or organizations. For this event, 100% of the proceeds will be going to the Papineau-Cameron Fire Department

Yes! The fire hall has a Starlink connection that we will be connecting to. The connection to each client will be throttled to ensure everyone has an equal share of the pie. 

PLEASE UPDATE YOUR GAMES AHEAD OF TIME!

We will be selling food around 6PM. A menu will be provided when you arrive with an order form. 

Prizes will be on display at the event. Total value of prizes is to be determined.

While the goal is to game for 24 hours, you can take breaks as needed. Make sure to stay hydrated and rest when necessary.

No earlier than 10am. The network will be available by the start at noon.

Absolutely! We encourage it! We always can use a hand with setting up and running tournaments, set-up and take-down.

Each participant will be allocated one table. You are free to share the table with someone else. Most people use half a table.
